Signature Partner
Signature Partner sponsorship provides visibility through the NJHIMA website, email communications, virtual and in person events for the full calendar year.
The 2025 Signature Partner fee is $500
Early Registration fee is $450 (through March 14, 2025)
In addition to increased visibility to the members, NJHIMA Signature Partners are exclusively entitled to the following benefits:
- Company listing, description, and logo on the Signature Partner page on the NJHIMA website, with link to sponsor’s website*
- Scrolling logo on all NJHIMA website pages
- Logo on all NJHIMA member email blasts
- Advertising rate of $50 for a 90-day job posting
- Ability to post company information/news on NJHIMA Facebook page**
- Prime location at NJHIMA Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall with 20% discount on exhibitor booth package selected
- Free full-page ad in annual meeting e-program
- Recognition in Annual Meeting e-program and signage with company name and logo
- Logo displayed during virtual education programs
- Free Coding Roundtable sessions with CE credits for one representative
- When available, opportunity to co-sponsor an NJHIMA Quarterly Education meeting with the ability to have one representative attend at no cost with ability to earn free CE credits. Representatives may present a brief introduction of the company during the meeting and have marketing materials available at the registration area.
